Even the Tommygun is hard to aim and shoot smaller targets cuz the aim jumps and lags ever so slightly. Not sure if that's a framerate issue though, but it sure makes combat a challenge. Sometimes I turn the camera to one side then it jumps back to where it originally was which throws me off as though spinning in a circle.

Though it gets kinda annoying when I'm trying to get the aim juuuuuuuust right. For the record i have it set on low graphic quality and it IS playable. Even at the lowest resolution settings I'm still at a 35-45 FPS rate. It's not really perfect, because now I can only play the game on really low graphic settings, but it's playable and that's really the most important part. That will show you the FPS rate in the corner of your screen while you're playing the game.
